    including meter box, service line, panel boards, breakers, fuses, main disconnect, and service amperage

    including main water shut-off valve, water heating system, inter plumbing fixtures and faucets

    including functionality under normal operating controls

What to expect when we come out…

We invite you to stay with us as we perform the inspection if you like. We are also happy to have your agent and even the listing agent, if desired, there. Property inspection can be a long process so don’t feel like you need to stay right by us. We will make sure you have all of the important information we find when we’re done! We will take lots of notes and pictures. At the end of the inspection, we will go over our findings with you and can show you specific areas of the home, answer questions, and address any concerns. We want your inspection experience to be pleasant and beneficial and we work hard to make it that! Your final report will be available electronically within 24 hours. A hard copy can be given upon request for an additional fee.

How long our home inspections take…

The length of the inspection depends on several factors including size, age, and condition of the home. A typical inspection lasts two to three hours. If we think the inspection will be shorter or longer than that, we will try to give you an estimate before we come out.
